General Information
There is a 3 hour and 15 minute course Cut off time for the Half Marathon. (15 minute per mile pace).
Pace Checkpoints.
There are a few course checkpoints that must be met in race pace time, or participants will be removed from the course.
Mile 5- 7:45am
Mile 7- 8:15am
Mile 10- 9:00am
Mile 12- 9:30am
Run Smart
During the event, vehicular traffic will be controlled by Hendersonville Police Department. The course is semi-closed to traffic. This means that traffic is not allowed in the lanes in which you will be running, however there may be some traffic in the opposite lane of traffic. Please run smart and be aware. Due to the nature of this course, the use of headphones is HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
This course has several out and back sections. While it’s tempting to take up the entire lane of the street, we will have runners coming back towards you! Please always run on the RIGHT SIDE of the race course.
